The only way I'd accept a black Bond is if they either completely reboot, or ignore that Bond is his real name (as evidenced in Skyfall). The reboot already happened. In Dr. No, Bond was already a badass 00-agent. In Casino Royale it goes back to his achievement of 00 status. Casino Royale-Skyfall ...

Oh, I do think that guy who played the Neville kid in the Harry Potter movies could totally play Bond, if they go the younger route. He's still young though, so maybe give him another decade.
