It's either stay here jobless, or move there with a guaranteed job. I know how to live on very little money, I've been poor most of my life, having no money, though, is a problem. And someone was killed in my front yard in florida(amongst other shitty situations), so the possibility of being stabbed is nothing new either.

Having some income is better than no income. I checked rent and shit around where my buddy lives and I'd be spending basically the same as what I'm spending now, so there's really no difference other than gas being more expensive. And I've already been sucked dry, so it can't get shit outta me.

To which I say, best of my luck my friend. You know god damn well I don't want you jumping off no bridge or some shit. But you've lived poor and survived, just don't expect anything but raping, hopefully it's more gentle.

I'm going on 2 decades of the same job, computer job, working from home in the pandemic etc. Not bitchin' all things considered obviously. But I'm struggling, and I'm not sure how people are surviving out here. But they are, so have at it.

Godspeed. Don't off yourself, you sonofabitch. :-*

I know my suicidal shit makes people uncomfortable, but for me it's just another option. Don't worry about it. And while I understand your complaints about money, the job in question isn't exactly legal, so it doesn't have the same fuckery involved when it comes to getting a fair wage. The money is good, and will stay good, because if it isn't, they wouldn't be able to keep people on that are trustworthy. Sounds sketchy, but it's shit I've been around before and it's no big deal.

And sorry to hear that you are struggling. The past couple years really have been shit.

Man, I need to keep up. Gone full blown lurker of late. Things are just hectic as, and I’m always a bit short for time.

Slaughter, if anyone can make a move work is you. You seem to have survived all manner of stuff so far, so can picture it working more with a job.

And Reign, sorry to hear the struggles. I’m grateful that I’ve enjoyed Pandemic life quite well and the job is so stable that I feel secure. Hope you feel better!
