Hope everyone is hanging in there. 20% of my software company was laid off yesterday. I dodged the bullet but my job is going to really suck for a while. It’s rough out there!

Its going to be a dicey next couple of years maybe more. I feel like I'm just used to the blade dangling over my job.

Been unemployed basically for the past two years. I have just enough money to move. If that job doesn't pan out, I'm fucked. Fun times.

Also, an update on the mess. After three hours and over twenty garbage bags, I got most of it out.



Those dark bits? Crushed oreos. The dark spot by the toy car? Something caked into the carpet that I can't get out. This is what I get for being nice to someone.

barely hanging on here. Though on the plus side my book got a new review up, so hopefully that could stir the pot a little in my favor. And it's a pretty damn thorough review too.
