Click on Security Settings. Scroll down a little less than halfway to "Check IP against DNS Blackhole List:". That's the button.

Only two things it could have been, a permission issue(which it obviously wasn't since I could post), or a security issue. The pic you sent helped me figure out the issue. I checked the link you sent earlier and it was mentioned in there, too. Probably should have just checked it first, but wanted to see what the hell you were talking about before doing anything.

Also, you guys need to learn how to do the update. I dunno when my life is going to be stable again, so I dunno if/when I'll be able to do it. It's not difficult, just make sure you back everything up first, so if things go tits up, you can just put it back the way it was. Also, you shouldn't have to do all the shit I did last time since I made this a separate theme, so it would be much easier.
