It looks good, but doesn't look like an Evil Dead film. It could easily be a remake of Demons 2 and I would believe it.

I know there were jokes about it being a Demons 2 remake with it being in a high-rise apartment building, but now the main girl kinda looks like one of Demons 2's party girls, and the fly trap closing reminded me of the little demon, I can't help but keep thinking about a Demons 2 remake too. I'm almost hoping The Cult's Rain is on the soundtrack
