Good news: got a job at the post office. Better news: they pay more than I've ever made before. Bad news: I need to use my own vehicle. Worse news: my car won't work, so I need to find something bigger. Annoying news: I need to mod it to be right-hand drive. Fuck me news: I got more job offers in one month here than I did interviews over three years in washington. Funny news: I got to tell people I already accepted a job elsewhere and hear how disappointed they were. I've been in that position before, so it's nice to be on this side of it for once.

I may have found a cheap car that'll work. Just need to see if I can sell my car to get the money to buy it and convert it to right-hand drive. I have a tentative offer of $5000 for my car. The one I'm looking at is $2500 and it'll cost $2400 to convert it, so that would work out, but it'd be nice to have some money left over to help pay off my credit card debt.
