October Challenge 2023 Discussion Thread
Re: October Challenge 2023 Discussion Thread
I have never graded a film an F before, until now. The Beast of Yucca Flats is an F. Easily the worst film of any genre I've ever seen.

C.H.U.D II: Bud the C.H.U.D was bitchin. Totally different film from the first but very entertaining. Wish I didn't avoid it all these years.

Someone finally watched the movie..
I saw the opening nightmare sequence because I recorded the film that was on prior to it and set the timer for longer than necessary. Had to hunt it down after that.DancesWithWerewolves wrote: ↑Thu Oct 19, 2023 9:19 pm Me actually digging the opening credits music: "Oh shit Mark Mothersbaugh & Devo, nice". Makes sense lol.

Finished up Hereditary for the first time since seeing it in theaters. Sitting on whether or not to give it a 3.5/5 or a 4/5.

Shudder did a mystery movie premiere night last October and it ended up being a new Argento. Me and zombie and D group watched it I think. Hope they do that again

Why don't you take your Rudolph nose down to the island of misfit toys, and kick VHS with Havok and Jiggy. Meanwhile the rest of us will be 4King with the 4D in a foursome. 4 Life.Jason wrote: ↑Fri Oct 20, 2023 3:41 pmI'd get Shudder for Joe Bob. Just to be clear, while I do have some horror on VHS, 1) I don't have any way to actually play VHS tapes, and 2) I'm not at all limited to that format, and in fact dropped $30 on a Blu-ray five-movie pack just a few days ago.Reign in Blood wrote: ↑Fri Oct 20, 2023 4:16 pmWhy don't you take your Rudolph nose down to the island of misfit toys, and kick VHS with Havok and Jiggy.
