It qualifies, but it's just the shittiest thing ever.

Watched "A Classic Horror Story" this morning. I think I'm going to introduce a new category: "Worst title" Too many shitty titles these days.

As much shit as I give Halloween 4 for being massively overrated and the amount of flaws pretty much equal the flaws I find in 5 (just different flaws), I'm always stubborn with giving them the same grade, but I think I'm ready to admit...the Mr. Sayer shit ought to give 4 a small bump in grade quality over 5. That guy is rad not just for giving Loomis a ride, but really had some shit to say.

Had to go to Walmart

to get Halloween candy for trick or treaters. I live in a community that goes big on the holidays and the trick or treating is non stop all night. Ended up seeing a Carrie trilogy on DVD with the original, The Rage: Carrie 2 and the remake from 2002. Decided to pick it up since I don't have the sequel or the 2002 remake. Haven't seen those two either, so I just popped in The Rage: Carrie 2.

It's fairly crappy so far. I'm surprised they obtained the archive footage. Pretty cool to see the flashbacks. Other than that it's hardly even horror. It's a teen drama flick. Lol.

It's Casablanca in comparison to the Sacred Deer movie.

So Carrie 2 was pretty mediocre. Perfect for a movie to just have on in the background.

Not really, given that's the point lol. Should check out Pearl and see what it pays homage to.

That's on the agenda today.

X wasn't too bad. Couldn't get past the make up of the "old people" You could clearly tell they were played by younger people and I even thought the old lady looked like the lead chick and was expecting there to be some weird psychological twist where she's actually old and confronting her younger self or something. Looked at the cast and noticed she actually did play the old lady. Lmao.

Wasn't bad. Hopefully Pearl is better.
