I guess my Resident Evil 4 can also be interchanged with the PS4 version, since it's still very similar to the original GameCube version.

Also, very interesting this thread was created as I'm in the middle of creating a thread for a game. Lol.

The only Nintendo console I ever owned was NES so I missed alot of those games. I never played any Zelda games and only got to play Goldeneye on friends consoles.

Nostalgia is a tough thing to beat. A lot of these games are supposed to be played when you're a kid. Conker with its crude humor might be right up your alley though. Lol

Yeah, it's basically the same, just up-ported and remastering. When I refer to OG, I'm basically mix/matching console variations anyway.

I had to get Fallout: New Vegas in there. Sorry Super Mario Bros. You go from 9 to out of the top 10

I did also love the RE2 remake but my original love and nostalgia was a little too much for it to overcome, so the original beats it out, but not by an enormous margin or anything. I never loved the original RE3 and the RE3 remake has been my least favorite of the most recent three remakes, but I think I prefer the remake over the original.

I've been playing Resident Evil 0 on the Origins Collection for the PS4 the last week or so. Nearing the end I think. Fairly underrated game. But definitely not the best of the franchise.

I get the nostalgia, plus I can't deny that the OG version's story narrative overlap is much better handled than the remake. Like 4, I refuse to put one above the other.

I didn't get into the original 3 either, and I liked the remake, but definitely didn't love it like the other remakes. Too short/quick, and the amount of gore missing from 2's stellar remake is mindboggling.

0 is underrated, for sure. I think its biggest issue (storywise) is that it's a prequel. Doesn't make sense for Rebecca Chambers.
