Before we make our November horror lists we will need to hash out what doesn't qualify as horror.

if the primary or secondary intent throughout is to scare, spook, or disgust the viewer in an overwhelming way, then it's a horror film. i don't think we should have to put up individual titles for some kind of review. we're all horror fans. if a film is horror enough to make your top 25, then include it?

My list will only be comprised of a top 10. I already know what the first 5 are and deciding on the last 5 will be easy. Determining the other 15 would take too long to figure out.
