green room was not what i expected. it could definitely have been better if there was more horror. no one lives is decent, but we need to have better from our horror filmmakers.

Did something give you that impression? Or just your hope?zombie wrote:patrick stewart was good. somehow i was expecting this to be something like frontieres.

I think I missed all trailers. Might be why I enjoyed it without that notion. Still, I think it's a decent film if you get it to stand on its own.zombie wrote:it was my take from the trailers. and it made me hopeful. so i guess a bit of both.showa58taro wrote:Did something give you that impression? Thing is, we don't get many that hit theaters anymore. But a shit ton go direct to dvd.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:zombie wrote:what are the anticipated flicks for 2018? (preferably horror)
Meg, Insidious 4 (for curiosity), The Nun (again curiosity), The Slenderman, Buzzard Hollow Beef, and Halloween (if it ever moves into shooting). I haven't heard much regarding 2018 slots for horror. Which is a problem, imo. We need more!
