I have a 30 day warranty in Mass as well, but he was claiming three months.

I think you can have 3 month warranties but I don't think that is enshrined in law. But it appears to be in custom in NI though. More than the minimum. You can get longer warranties in England and awakes too I think. But it's not a protected legality by the look of things. So I guess it really would be dealers choice.

I only care about his opinion when he criticizes others for not being as good of a feminist he claims he is (i.e. trashtalking Jurassic World). I'll still see his work if it interests me, I can separate these things.
