Ordinarily I would agree with you and in general about Ray, but her tweet specifically dogged him. Why shouldn't he comment on it? And, I can see him and Bisciotti saying fuck this asshole after it. They were trying to go out on a limb for him. It's just more bullshit around Kaep they don't need.

I agreed at the time the Nessa thing was insanely stupid and would blow whatever opportunity he had. Ray is confirming something we were 90% sure was the case anyway weeks after the fact. He's being an attention whore like everyone in the Kaepernick news cycle. Kaepernick is quiet and goes about his business but the story just builds and builds.
And it seems to me it was really Harbaugh and Newsome going out on a limb. Bisciotti made a public spectacle of that process himself.
