Good morning Luna. We are having our usual warm weather out here in California so all is well. I am waiting to see what this weekend has in store for me. This Sunday is my Birthday so not sure what the family has planned. Probably go out to a local brewery for some drinks.

Surveyor came and gave his testimony, but the guy is still on our property and we go back to court on Jan 22nd.

Lucky, i've been trying to find that at a good price for awhile, but Ebay and Amazon wants like $20+ for it.

i don't remember the price at the store exactly (my gut says under $10). but you can buy it online. used, but it's something.
