I'm sure they have been taking calls on Foles but the value is not there because teams around the league do not view him as a long term starter. A team will place a greater value on its own backup than another team will, so they're better off just keeping him. They probably want at least a 2nd round pick for Foles but a team trading for Foles would not pay that price because that team is probably rebuilding and invested in another young QB.

We can't forget that teams have seen Foles get two opportunities to be the full time starter and he lost both jobs. From Philly's standpoint, that is the best part of this situation. Would be a lot different if we did not see him fail twice.
