I just don't get it either. I liked the theme he came up for Batman (the one theme he got to write for BvS, as Zimmer wrote WW's theme), and I already know when he's doing the score himself, it can be totally intense and amazing (Mad Max: Fury Road).zombie wrote:well yeah, i know joss coming onto finish it up is old news. i just was using that for context, as to why he was involved at all with kicking junkie xl off of the score. that's the part i have a problem with.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:Joss coming on to finish JL is old news, and he's stated it's still Zack's movie and he's keeping Zack's tone for consistency. I am worried about Junkie Xl dropping out and has-been Elfman jumping in.
Maybe Elfman has some ideas or something? I mean, I guess he's due for a comeback, but given I haven't heard anything decent out of him since The Wolfman I gotta say my trust is low lol

hmm... i'll have to see it with context.Jason wrote:They made the sniper in the movie a fairly unlikable, drunken doofus. Subtle, but obvious. This was one of the most common forms of whining the liberals had with American Sniper.

I noticed she was right behind the hot plus size model Ashley Graham (who is hot, but she gets more press due to her dress size)Jason wrote:Gal Gadot would've made the top ten if she had arm pit hair.
I will also add: she's fucking tall, she gets away with that dress size and not looking like a lard ass.

People probably not aware they split writing duties when working together, lol. I recall Zimmer talking how they split up new themes for BvS, specifically him dodging Batman's because he felt he already tread that water with the DK trilogy, so he took WW.Reign in Blood wrote:I knew you were, just throwing out why Junkie might get credit given a source.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:I'm aware of that :pReign in Blood wrote:Zimmer is Junkie's mentor so they probably heavily collaborated.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:Hmmm, weird because everything else claimed Zimmer did the WW theme.zombie wrote:was junkie xl not involved with the wonder woman theme in bvs? i heard him credited for that specifically in the coverage around this today.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:I just don't get it either. Though, writing and working on are different, I have no doubt Junkie was in there working on it while Hans was writing it.
