So far no trick or treaters. Got the candy ready just in case. Sometimes little ones come during the day.
The houses are pretty far spaced in my neighborhood though.

Not enough information. Why was she driving around the barricade? Regardless, she lost her child, and charging her for manslaughter strikes me as unnecessary.
