She's decent. Of the girls I've been going out with here she's probably the one I'm most likely to keep in touch with so I don't want to be too much of a flake. I make a point to surround myself with eclectic people here but fuck do I hate screwing with my Sunday routine

World War I does not get enough play in media, especially in the U.S. There has never been a more brutal war, in my opinion. My favorite podcaster Dan Carlin did an awesome series on the war. Great for drives. (and it's a 20 hour marathon, so it can last you a month)

World War I does not get enough play in media, especially in the U.S. There has never been a more brutal war, in my opinion.

I'd agree. Globally WWII seemingly gets all the attention, and then here in the US Vietnam, Civil etc. but I've always been more fascinated/entrenched by WWI. Definitely a few good movies made about it, but nothing like some others and still without it's "Saving Private Ryan" or what have you.
