Same. It's beautiful. Man, it was almost 70 degrees the other day, lol.

Four days of rain on the forecast, starting tomorry. Not holding my breath, though.

Made low carb chicken tikka masala in the crock and it turned out fantastic.

Made nachos today, but my batch used up leftover Monterey Jack cheese in addition to what I normally use. Not too fond of it added in, but still edible. It needed to get used up anyway.

I tried to make a cauliflower pizza crust last night and that was a complete disaster. It took forever to grate the cauliflower than when I put it in the oven it filled my whole house up with steam/smoke. Than it completely melted to the wax paper I was cooking it on making it useless
