shrieking and crying and hitting the cop would be the normal reaction. and then she'd be dead too.

Zombie, there is a chance she may be single. If you tell her you live in Colorado, I think there may be some activities she might enjoy there. You know, like hockey and golf.zombie wrote:no. just not freaking and bawling and getting herself shot as well.Foo wrote:Exactly. Like a soulless psychopath who might try to murder someone with a hammer. Like the kind of person you might fear if you were to pull them over.zombie wrote:considering that her boyfriend was shot right next to her, she's pretty calm and collected actually.

if that was directed to me, you misunderstood what i meant.Headhunter wrote:Seriously. Wtf

I figure being an asshole is still better than trying to murder someone with a hammer.zombie wrote:we can continue to be assholes about someone and the tragedy they were put through.Foo wrote:Zombie, there is a chance she may be single. A gun was just fired repeatedly into a car where her 4 year old was. "Hi Facebook!"

Smoking weed around a four year old does. Endangering your child by allowing them to ride in a car driven by a stoned person does. Attacking someone with a hammer does.Headhunter wrote:Obviously smoking weed makes you a bad person.

Yes, let's just keep pretending this here is not what the problem with the situation was. Everything else has nothing to do with it.Foo wrote:I figure being an asshole is still better than trying to murder someone with a hammer.zombie wrote:we can continue to be assholes about someone and the tragedy they were put through.Foo wrote:Zombie, there is a chance she may be single. Back to the cop for a moment. Do you see a person acting with malice in the video, or a person acting out of fear?

People smoke cigarettes around their kids all the time. My dad grew up with his parents smoking at the dinner table.Foo wrote:Smoking weed around a four year old does. She didn't attack anyone with a hammer when a police officer shot her boyfriend to death. Has nothing to do with what transpired that day, all spin and smear. BS.

If you're asking whether or not I think he intended to kill him from the jump, obviously not. That hardly matters. He didn't come close to properly assessing the situation and killed an innocent man because of it.Foo wrote:Back to the cop for a moment. Re: Cop Who Murdered Philando Castile Acquitted
he acted in fear. did any of us suggest otherwise? if it was malice, i'd expect it to be ruled as murder.Foo wrote:Back to the cop for a moment. Do you see a person acting with malice in the video, or a person acting out of fear?
Re: Cop Who Murdered Philando Castile Acquitted
You called him a murderer. You understand murder requires intent?Headhunter wrote:If you're asking whether or not I think he intended to kill him from the jump, obviously not. That hardly matters. Re: Cop Who Murdered Philando Castile Acquitted
I already explained this. I know what the legal definition of murder is. I used murder in this thread because as a society we're way too desensitized to senseless cop killings.Foo wrote:You called him a murderer. When a person is performing their dangerous job, and scared for their life, and makes a decision that may not have been ideal, do you think locking them in prison is appropriate?zombie wrote:hr acted in fear. did any of us suggest otherwise? if it was malice, i'd expect it to be ruled as murder.Foo wrote:Back to the cop for a moment. Re: Cop Who Murdered Philando Castile Acquitted
it would depend on the situation and outcome. here, i think that it should have been ruled as manslaughter.Foo wrote:When a person is performing their dangerous job, and scared for their life, and makes a decision that may not have been ideal, do you think locking them in prison is appropriate?zombie wrote:hr acted in fear. did any of us suggest otherwise? if it was malice, i'd expect it to be ruled as murder.Foo wrote:Back to the cop for a moment.
