Howdy from work.

Hey, driver. You start at midnight tonight. Good luck sleeping.
- work

Somehow got about 4 hours of sleep, actually. Not too bad. Had my two year anniversary date, decent raise. Can't complain, really. Drastically changing a driver's sleep hours is dangerous as hell, though.

Sounds awful.

I had a 7:45 AM flight so up at 5. Not the most fun I can have. Tired. But in Glasgow.

Sleeping on plane's not as easy as it sounds. If you plan on that, I suggest drugs to help.

Never slept for a prolonged period on an airplane.
Not removing until John Elway is fired.

I did. 40 minutes. Very helpful. Also a nap before dinner.

I sleep everywhere. It’s not that hard for me. Quite a fan of naps

I can never take naps. I'm an insomniac. Have been since my early teens. Very rarely, I'll get an hour or two really good nap. But it happens like once every two fucking years. Example....last night, I went to sleep around 4am, got up at 745am. And here I am at 12:54am, wide awake. Ugh.

I've been awake six hours longer than you!

I'm gonna sleep for like 18 hours, though. :p

Back in this past October, there was one week in which I got 16 hours ....total, of sleep. I slept 1-1/2 hours in two days at one point. Very frustrating.

I have bouts of insomnia off and on. A painkiller kinda does the trick, but I enjoy the feeling too much to want to sleep. Benadryl will make me drowsy and tired, but I'll wake up like half way into my sleep pattern and be awake for like an hour or two. A muscle relaxer will overdo it. I'll take one, sleep for 8 hours and then when I get up I'll be wanting to sleep for another 8 hours.

Benadryl sometimes helps, but I always feel tired and drowsy the next day. My doctor prescribed me a drug called Vistaril (antihistamine) for anxiety. It didn't work for anxiety, but for a month straight, I got the best sleep I can ever remember. I would wake up so refreshed. But, my body got used to it and it stopped working.
