I'm not even necessarily opposed to the idea, but I think we all know how bad my track record is for that type of thing. :p

That said, it is something I think would be somewhat fun, but thinking about the horror movies I couldn't watch because I'm focused on the Bond films sort of hurts.
Nothing like trying a new food can you dig it
No need for new food if I'm already pleased by the menu. ;)

That said, it has been on my mind, so we'll see what happens.
Maybe we should try it with a horror series, then.
No everyone should know the joy of James muthafuckin Bond in their lifetime

Actually, I'm pretty sure I've only seen, at most, 90% of just one of the Bond films. Other than that, nothing.

I think it's worth seeing the whole series out of principle but like half of em are meh at best to be honest.

Intrigued is a strong word. I'm moderately interested, but I don't think that interest will carry me through 20+ movies, especially the later 90's/early 2000's ones, which look horrible.

The Brosnan ones indeed suck ass. Yeah that's right bitches, even GoldenEye. Only a great video game.

Bond is my #2 movie franchise behind Friday the 13th. And that's saying a lot.

I would argue their only value is that they are Bond movies and relative to the action genre as a whole nobody would bother.

My high school German teacher was a big Bond fan - saw all the films multiple times, talked about Octopussy being underrated, all that jazz. I think it was during that time I first got more into the idea of giving them a watch, but what with it being such an undertaking, it's something I'm not overly keen of jumping into unless I know for a fact I can finish it.

It's an undertaking for the average person but for any of us nerds it really isn't.

Watching all the ANOES flicks or F13, or even Hellraiser, that's not an issue. But a non-horror series? Jiggy wasn't built for that.

Well you can skip all the riff raff and just watch the magnum opus of the series "Diamonds are Forever"!

Well it is an amusing piece of shit which is better than about 1/4 of the series can say.
