Scored a Monday off! At the breakfast restaurant near my house. Gonna finish up here and go watch Training Day. Been about three years since I watched it. Probably my favorite Denzel movie.

Warning to parents of young children (Seb): Be wary of what your kids are watching on youtube. Shit's disguised as a cartoon thumbnail but it's a suicide message. Pretty sick.

Momo's been around for awhile. Lots of rumors about kids killing themselves because of it, but no evidence that it's true. Not saying it's cool to target kids with this shit, just pointing out there's alot of hype about it. Personally, I think it's interesting as random creepy shit(the creature was created by a horror effects guy after all[note: he did not make the videos]), but shouldn't be easily accessible to children who might think it's a game or some shit.

Watched Blood Hook (1986) earlier today - alas, it didn't interest or amuse me near as much as I was hoping.

I've been aware of Momo. Never heard about the rumors of kids killing themselves, though. And I only barely discovered the video where it's targeting children right before I shared it here. An old friend from years back shared it. She has two kids and her daughter (6 year old) said her friend at school showed it to her and they're both scared that Momo will kill them if they don't do what she says. I'm a big advocate for controlling what your kids watch and the stuff the crazy shit the kids watch is all on the parents, but it's crossing the line when you target what children are watching, disguising it as cartoon thumbnails, etc.... I hope it hasn't happened, but it is completely plausible to think that a child would go and do what Momo asks in fear of Momo coming to get them in the middle of the night.

Bullet in the head to whoever's targeting the children videos with this shit. It's obviously just bull shit to us, but it's real to a child's mind. Imagine if this found Seb's daughters...
