Funny thing happened to me. I got an email from some rando stating that they had my password, which they got from a porn site. They also claimed to have recorded me while I enjoyed some porn via my webcam. There was a long, drawn-out explanation of how they were going to blackmail me by threatening to send the video, along with a copy of the porn I was watching, to my contact list unless I sent them $968(very specific number, which is weird). I read through it all, had a laugh, then deleted it, going about my day. Here's why this shit doesn't work:

1 - I saw that episode of Black Mirror(no pedo here, though).
2 - I don't have a webcam. Never have, never will.
3 - The password they have is one I use just for porn sites and various other sites that don't matter, so I don't care if they have it. Let them enjoy access to my porn site accounts.
4 - I use a throwaway email for shit like porn sites or anything I don't trust, so the only contacts on that email are for porn sites and garbage sites I'll never visit again.
5 - Even if they did have my contact list, it's all of five people(cause I'm such a socialite), and I don't give a fuck if they see what porn I watch.

So yeah, failed blackmail attempt made for a funny little story.
