Thanks guys. Go see Crawl. Good flick.
Unfortunately a friend I went with assumed it was supposed to be a nature documentary on gators and nitpicked their behavior, but it's a damn good creature feature flick dammit!

I have a show today at a Vinyl Records store today. I've always wanted to play one, lol. Not sure how it's gonna work out, but I think they have a separate club within the store.

Going to The Tilted Kilt for dinner before a birthday-bash party of a bunch of us friends that have clustered July birthdays. Supposed to be like Hooters, but better food and the kilts are barely beltsJmac Attack wrote:Happy birthday, D! Hope ya get to feel some titties today.

Side note, almost halfway through the 3rd draft of my book. Lots of sentence restructuring and shit going on. Filling in blanks that must've been in my head at the time but never put on page, for clarity. All that fun stuff.

I'm gonna post pics of my trip to the Rock and roll Hall of Fame by tomorrow night. Got some pretty cool pics. It was really cool seeing stuff like the guitar that was in the Def Leppard Photograph video. Tom Petty's hat in Don't Come Around Her No More was cool to see in person.
Re: 07-13-2019
I miss Tom Petty.
I went to the Lincoln Exhibit with my Dad a few years ago. Got to see documents he signed, one of his three top hats and the pillow he died on. Surreal stuff to see in person.

It really is surreal man. I didn't think I would be star struck, but seeing Hendrix's outfits and guitars he used had me almost screaming like a teenage girl. Lol.Jason wrote:I miss Tom Petty.

Seeing all the lyrics that were written was really cool. I would try to sing in my head the lines they scratched out, and would realize why they scratched the words out. Like, yeah, that doesn't fit and sucks haha

I was somewhere in Vegas and saw three ZZ Top outfits on display that they all had worn during some show. Was awesome. Lennon's famous glasses, I think Ray Manzarek's keyboard. Totally different just seeing that shit up close.Jmac Attack wrote:It really is surreal man. Apparently Adam Sandler is filming a flick where I live. He's been spotted downtown by a few people and it's kind of annoying me how much people are bugging him. Dude was trying to have lunch with his mom and kept getting asked for pictures. He seemed to be a good sport about it but good lord, he's just a person let him have a quiet vegan lunch with his mom if he wants to!
And happy b-day D!

If I saw Adam Sandler in person, I'd smile, touch my cap as he acknowledged me, then continue my business. He'd have had no idea his biggest fan just walked by.
