I somehow got the day off today. Didn't even ask for it. Tried to stay up late last night, but didn't make it too far. Work overload still taking a toll on my body. Work kinda slowed down last week, hoping for much of the same, even though I am taking vacation in October and trying to save as much money as I can. Still good to have two fucking days off. Woot. Back to work tomorrow, though, I'm sure. :cry:

Yeah, which is bittersweet, really. The sleep feels good, but that's another hour or two eating into my day off.

Nah. Sure JC plays with some creepy shadows/figures, but so does Escape from New York and i wouldn't call that horror either.

Embarrassingly, I've never seen this, but what I know of it feels more like Escape From New York, so I was thinking non-horror, more action-thriller or something. I got the Scream Factory steelbook and I was gonna save it for October if it was considered horror, but I might pop it in now and watch it.

It's very much a "Modern Western" movie, I believe it's a loose remake of Rio Bravo.
