2019 HMF fantasy football

All sports. We don't even mind if its women's Curling or junior badminton. Although we won't have strong opinions on the latter.

I can't wait for him to tell me how great Antonio Gates is going to perform next week.

Never rolled my eyes so hard. Virgin pussy with no idea about the world outside his home-schooled Jesus freak bubble, but wants to impose his garbage idea of morality on poor kids.
Might as well turn them into delicate primadonnas sooner. And it's just what college ball needs, peewee ABs and thugs switching teams for more money or because they lost etc. I'll be watching every saturday, for sure.

We know you will. And the kids benefit. Everyone wins!

You've missed a lot, and not the most exciting player to end things with either. Cam, Manziel and Lamar all way more fun. Oh well. But yeah, welcome back!

Whether or not they should be paid as workers is a different discussion. They should, but not what this is about.

Allowing them to make money off their likeness is a no brainer. They are unpaid interns who are the product of an entity that's worth billions of dollars. If you're "fired up" about kids being able to benefit from profiting off themselves when everyone else profits off them, you're a weenie stuck in a bubble of entitlement like Tebow or just being a dick to be a dick.

Alright enough of that. You really think it's a net win and it makes the sport better? Obviously I'm bringing up one point of contention, in that introducing aspects that people hate about the NFL ain't getting people to watch.

There could be a standard payment for using players names equal straight across the board no matter the player, school or sales. Anything else will be a disaster

Tebow should apologize for characterizing the kids as selfish. Disgusting message to broadcast around the country.

They should pay these guys. Only fair given how much revenue they generate.

I don't think it affects my enjoyment of the sport at all. It makes a lot of people's lives better though. The free agency aspect you talked about already exists, but there will never be a situation where you can leave a school and join another in the same season. But Oklahoma has pretty much built a conference dynasty loading up on unhappy quarterbacks from other schools. I actually do think that kind of player movement probably makes the game a little more exciting. It's a waste when a school has two great QBs on its roster for instance.

Shit is straight forward with something like jersey sales, everybody gets a % and call it done. What do you do with something like a videogame?

I think we need to drop the entire pretense of amateurism. They are working full time and generating billions of dollars. They should not be barred from business opportunities, contacts with agents etc.

I drafted the most injury prone team in the history of HMF Fantasy. lmao. I currently have 4 QBs because my starting two are dead, my #1 receiver is out for at least another month, I had to drop Melvin Gordon because he is a fuckin' fairy. Wouldn't be surprised to next see my starting defense with a "Questionable" tag.

These refs need to chill the fuck out and let some of these holding calls go because it's been killing the flow of games the first two weeks.

If it's a hold, it's a hold. I'd rather they stop calling penalties when it's clearly not a penalty.

See: Bradley Chubb, roughing the passer.
