Taking off to go see Rambo fuck some douchebags up here in a bit.
Re: September 22, 2019
I saw it last night. Like Havok said, it has its moments but took a step down from the last one. Still a fun movie that's worth seeing.

Even if you double click stop?DancesWithWerewolves wrote:Goddammit this is one of those idiot discs that when you press play, it picks up where it was left off with no "start from the beginning option". I fucking hate that. Been a while since I saw a disc like this.

Not really seeing the step down except maybe in actual bodycount. I think it may be about even with 4. Lower bodycount (still wonderfully violent) but better plot.Monster wrote:I saw it last night. I've never heard of this...I guess I'll have to try that on the next one I pop in like that.showa58taro wrote:Even if you double click stop?DancesWithWerewolves wrote:Goddammit this is one of those idiot discs that when you press play, it picks up where it was left off with no "start from the beginning option". See I thought the plot was the weak point. I really didn't care about the set up or the characters, I just wanted them to get on with it. The violence was awesome. The hammer scene in particular.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:Not really seeing the step down except maybe in actual bodycount. I think it may be about even with 4. It’s meant to work for those DVDs so it doesn’t recall your last point. At least on a number of mine.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:I've never heard of this...I guess I'll have to try that on the next one I pop in like that.showa58taro wrote:Even if you double click stop?DancesWithWerewolves wrote:Goddammit this is one of those idiot discs that when you press play, it picks up where it was left off with no "start from the beginning option". I thought it moved quickly so I didn't feel impatient about the upcoming violence.Monster wrote:See I thought the plot was the weak point. Though Paz's character seemed under utilized.
