I saw it last night. Like Havok said, it has its moments but took a step down from the last one. Still a fun movie that's worth seeing.

Not really seeing the step down except maybe in actual bodycount. I think it may be about even with 4. Lower bodycount (still wonderfully violent) but better plot.

See I thought the plot was the weak point. I really didn't care about the set up or the characters, I just wanted them to get on with it. The violence was awesome. The hammer scene in particular.

It’s meant to work for those DVDs so it doesn’t recall your last point. At least on a number of mine.

I thought it moved quickly so I didn't feel impatient about the upcoming violence.

Though Paz's character seemed under utilized.
