The finale of the remake is like the only good thing about the entire film.

Well that was fun watching Night of the Demons with the crew. Didn't expect them to actually be in the audience with us lol. Got to shake Stooge and Billy Gallo's hand on the way out, and told Stooge I'm chasing Night of the Demons down with Sorority Babes In The Slime-Bowl-A-Rama when I get home and he got shocked and went "You have that at home?" lol.

Which, now I'm watching exactly what I said I would :P

Also scored Autographs from Ari Lehman and Harry Manfredini, both on my mask, so that's now a collector's item. I also got a bonus Ari autograph for my mom saying Happy Birthday, Ma!!! because today was her birthday lol. Seemed fitting to come from a Jason actor. He thought it was awesome I was doing that for my mom's birthday.

Overspent money and got an autograph from Linnea Quigley too, and she was such a sweetie. She actually listened to Alli talk, and described how the first time she saw NotD was at a drive in (after Alli mentioning her first time with being completely stunned by the lipstick scene).

But the moment of the day had to be Tony Todd. I was out of spending money so I couldn't get more autographs, but we sat down near his booth, and when he was chatting up with someone, a hot chick in a skimpy Poison Ivy costume walked by, and Tony totally scoped her ass out.

There was a string of office-based horror recently. Bloodsucking Bastards, The Belko Experiment, and Mayhem. All were surprisingly good.
Agree it seems to have become a thing. I think more than anything it seems to be a way to fantasize about killing your boss and coworkers. Might not be agreat sign for corporate America. But as you say, definitely better quality of films than the premise might suggest. I’ve enjoyed them all.

The Forsaken is a film I should not have watched. I hate vampire films in general, but this one has a whopping 7% on RT, so I figured I was in for one hell of a slog. Turns out, it's not much of a vampire film as it's mostly people shooting at each other(vampires included), and is just meh. Not the worst I've seen recently, but still a waste of time.

I have no idea where that title (Horrible House on the Hill) came from - the most common re-titled version is Devil Times Five (the original was Peopletoys, if I recall), so this 'Horrible House on the Hill' thing (which I've seen a few places) seems to have come out of nowhere.

Even so, I generally like the film. Ending is on point.

Watching Stage Fright (1987) for the first time it should end perfectly around the time I need to leave for Zombieland 2

Fantastic movie. Seen it perhaps two or three times. Last time, I was super drunk, and had as much fun as always. Enjoy.

Yeah, Peopletoys, then Horrible House, then Devil. It was changed to Horrible House before release, but because some distributors didn't like it, it was changed again to Devil Times Five.

yeah, it wasn't a bad movie. Seems like killer kids is a theme this year. That and Bloody Birthday are two of the three new watches I can see myself rewatching. Happy Deathday 2U being the third.

What did I get myself into? 90% of the budget clearly went into hiring Angle, Nash, and Sid.

Watching 1970's One Dark Night. Guessing it's directed by the same Tom McLoughlin of Jason Lives...

Oh, according to IMDB, it's from 1982. Amazon's date is WAY off.
