2019 HMF fantasy football

By the way, fuck every NFL team that does deals with the Patriots. I hated Atlanta already for eliminating all the better teams in the NFC on their way to the Super Bowl, only to come crashing back down to Earth in the 2nd half to let the Patriots win a game that they already lost. Then they just ship away Mohamed Sanu to them, increasing their already overwhelming odds of being the #1 seed and winning the Super Bowl.

Fuck Atlanta.

No lie I just dreamed about fantasy football and needing to fix roster gaps due to a zombie outbreak wiping out Houston so needing to replace Deshaun Watson. Ducking hilarious to dream about the two things I’m watching lots of. :D

If any other team gave up a 2nd for a mediocre receiver like Sanu, they'd be laughed at.
Not removing until John Elway is fired.

Yup. However, I think they had a freebie second rounder to give away. And he will thrive in New England like they all do, lol.

Yeah they can flush those picks down the toilet and it won't matter. They flipped their 2nd round pick from last year to the Broncos for nothing. They always have a lot of picks, they do well developing undrafted players and they don't believe in sunk costs.

I feel like a puppy died in the family since Sanders' departure.

Him and Von Miller are my favorite Broncos for sure. I feel ya. I cannot imagine if the Bengals lost Atkins or AJ Green. Eifert has been a fave too. But injuries and shit....I would not flip out. But I'd be sad. He really is something when he is healthy, except for this year. Makes all the tough catches and seems like a great guy to root for.

Jack Del Rio went on a podcast with Adam Schefter recently and talked about the time the Broncos hosted Russell Wilson for a pre-draft visit. JDR said he impressed the coaches and Elway in every single way but John would not draft him because he didn't meet his QB height threshold.

Trading E was the biggest no-brainer and Elway's best move in a while, and I love E. He was an awesome player but was also a pain in the ass in the locker room for years, soon to be 33 and definitely not re-signing. Was still extremely shitty of John to take shots on the way out when there was no need to. Could have been amicable.

Imagine watching tape of Russell Wilson and Brock Osweiler and thinking Brock Osweiler is the better quarterback.

Not hard. Everyone and their mother had Osweiler projected to be a better QB because of his height. Not just Elway. That's why he fell to the mid-rounds.

Russell is a little overrated, anyway.

Imagine if Elway had drafted Marcel Dareus instead of Von Miller. Most scouts before the draft had Dareus ranked as the better pick and that Denver would go with him over Von.

He'd have been fired long ago, but why would I want to imagine yet another draft fuck-up from Elway?
