So, I've had 3 friends die in the past 2 weeks. One, died of a heroin overdose. He had been sober for over a year. He got hooked on opiates because he broke his back in a car wreck a few years ago (heroin is cheap, folks!)! On Monday, a buddy of mine died in a car wreck. Today, a big fan of my band died from an overdose. He did cocaine last night, but it was laced with fentanyl. Now mind you, he was just a pothead. Which makes this all so weird. He was only 26 years old. He was also my singer's boss and best friend. This decade can already go fuck itself.

It’s just a particularly apt shirt given that Trump will have overseen the biggest extermination of American lives by any single event in its whole history at this rate. Terminator indeed. Hopefully I’m wrong and he starts doing something useful. Be good if he did, lives are at stake.

4 April, still not invoked DPA to secure, produce, distribute and coordinate state responses, still not put in place national quarantine, stay-at-home, and social distancing regime. Still not matched other countries testing regiments or aggressive measures.

China is an authoritarian cesspit regime who suppress the true toll of this I’m sure but there was (and is) plenty to be done regardless of what numbers come out as plenty of data and cases were available before today. The fact that Dr Fauci asks governors about their response and gets told they lack tests and protective gear and Trump has the temerity to say “I haven’t heard that for weeks” highlights the total lack of leadership and understanding from the top that permeates the weak and feeble response you’re seeing. Every day he doesn’t lead is a day more cases develop and worse outcomes are assured.

Terminator Trump really will let the disease be back at this rate.

Do research on WHO. They waited MONTHS to declare this a pandemic. It is China's fault for eating bats, and the WHO for being in China's back pocket.

Just like Abe said, we're gonna have to look further into how we do business with the WHO. They are not to be trusted.

You need to stop binging conspiracy theory bullshit one of these days. Calling something a pandemic or not has very little bearing ona disease or your responses. Even then, it was declared a pandemic early March. It’s April. US government responses continue to be inadequate.

Medical professionals and infectious disease experts agree unanimously. Do you disagree with them, as well as the prime minister of Japan? Being a Pandemic has no bearing here. And sure, nobody could’ve avoided their local outbreak and epidemic from this one. But there is visible and significant distinctions in responses. The US has honest reporting but so does most places, China, Indonesia, Russia and North Korea excepted as they are much more likely to massively understate their cases. But most others including EU, Japan, S Korea and North America. If you did things from January but complained you could’ve started in December then fine. China sucks. But now every inaction and confusion is firmly on that government.
