Listening to Garbage's TWINE theme for James Bond. Haven't heard much from them outside of this song. The girl kinda sings like Karen Carpenter in some parts. Was she inspired by The Carpenters in her music career?

i've never heard her mention carpenters influence, but it's possible. and now i want to check out more from the carpenters.
