Not in the US, I wouldn't. You all get fucked every time. Legal minimum in EU law I think is 21 days. Before accounting for public holidays etc. US working culture is garbage.

Problem is no one can do what I do so I will never get more than the 21 days approved. It will always be you gotta get back asap. Not the best for vacay but great for job security.
