Never really a fan of Linkin Park but R.I.P. Chester Bennington. Dude definitely had a powerhouse of a voice.

My same sentiments. R.I.P Chester.

Gonna be a lot of bad "In The End" jokes now.

I was never a fan of Linkin Park either, but he had talent and I wish he was in another band. I never heard his STP stuff. RIP.

Damn, the more I read, the more eerie it gets. Today was Chris Cornell's birthday, who Chester was really good friends with. And the band just released a new single/video this morning shortly before the news broke, and it's about his struggles with substance abuse from his wife's perspective of having to deal with him. :|

Also, read the dude had 6 friggin' kids. Damn.

BAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!

No. I easily considered him one of the worst "singers" of the last 20 years. Sorry about the loss for his fans, but I'm not going to change my opinion on his lack of talent :p

I kinda liked Linkin Park when I was a youngster and they were hot shit. Only liked a few songs, though. And I got burned out on 'em pretty quick. Still not fun to read about his death. And the dude had 6 children. I don't think any were even grown up. Can't ditch your responsibilities like that. Come on, man.

Updated the Halloween banner. Two little things were bugging me about it. Can anybody spot the differences?

That was my takeaway as well. Loads of people who never mentioned the band are coming out in force saying what a loss.

The personal tragedy for his family and friends is deeply saddening.

But musically I'm not going to pretend this matters, and I'm with D. The amount of people now saying he was a musical genius and a lyrical angel, have they not heard Linkin Oark?! BBC radio one is waxing lyrical about this. Just seems retarded.
