I don't know if there's any point to this but I'm throwing out Visiting Hours for consideration. Michael fucking Ironside.

I like Creepshow. I defend it against all who would dare talk the shit on it, since a wee lad. So why has it forsaken me, and saddled us all with this laborious, torpor inducing task. Why?

Likely not, but I would definitely love to. I might be free this upcoming Sunday night, but I haven't been around much and not sure how the routine is.

The Blob has gotta be the most popular 80s horror flick that I've not yet seen, and I just got the Scream Factory blu ray so I wanna pop that cherry some time.

Ok. I'll try my best to swing a Saturday night.

Worst case scenario, I'll at least watch the two movies before the end of the month. I just bought almost 200 bucks worth of horror blu rays on amazon. If The Blob is cool with everyone, we can find a different one instead of Ice Cream Man. lol. I just need to own it, is all. I don't have any streaming services.

The Blob is decent (though my DVD copy is a bit rough). I prefer the original, but that can't possibly come as a shock. Still, the 1988 version got a solid 8/10 from me.

88' Blob is pretty damn good. 4th best horror remake of the 80's, imo.

I'd realistically need to start it over from scratch, and I just don't have the will to tackle something like that right now - sorry.
