Ran into a roadblock. Might have to postpone until I get it figured out.

Ok, so this is gonna be a pain in the ass. In the future, we need to stay on top of updates to avoid this shit. When there's an update, all you have to do is download the update and install it. Takes minutes. Upgrading from 3.0 to 3.3 on the other hand, is a fucking nightmare. What could have been a few simple button presses has turned into reinstalling the whole fucking thing. I can't even find some of the shit they're telling me to look for. I'm putting this off until tomorrow at the earliest, just so I don't fuck things up.

Finally some hope on my financial horizon: the IRS acknowledged my letter and apologized for the inconvenience. They still need time to process, but it's nice knowing my response to their fuckery is documented.
