You pick up a prized pig when they're already fat, not when they're hungry. *needs piggy smile*

Re: 2019 HMF fantasy football
I spent almost all day schmoozing my way into getting McCaffrey at #4 in a 12-teamer. All I needed was one person to fuck up and they did, which is fantastic for me.

Ok, teams are set. Can you all check you’re happy with the line up reflecting the draft results and set your week 1 line ups.

As long as the minimal bid is 0 it should be fineHeadhunter wrote:Is there a reason it wouldn't functionally work with blind bid? I may be missing something.Tiggnutz wrote:We are going to be rotating players alot with the big starting roster is the blind bid better than standard waivers?

Re: 2019 HMF fantasy football
Everyone starts with a set amount say $100. Whenever you want someone from waivers/free agency you make a blind bid. Whoever bids highest gets the player.showa58taro wrote:I’m new to all this. Re: 2019 HMF fantasy football
You don't want a situation where someone can't make moves we are going to be constantly dropping and picking up players. The highest bid always gets the player so it really doesn't mattershowa58taro wrote:But why 0 and not 1?Tiggnutz wrote:Everyone starts with a set amount say $100. Our waiver budgets won't be available to each other in-season, right?

Not surprising. I was diligent in telling Tigg after he'd already drafted him that McCoy probably gets axed.Jmac Attack wrote:LeSean McCoy was just cut.

Technically if you spend all your money it just means no waiver pickups. Can still sign FA guys.

Zeke might be returning. Regardless, it's probably the last time I draft his ass. Same with Gordon. Divas.Jason wrote:I can't believe this shit. I go out of my way to avoid diva players, and two of my three starting running backs are being divas and not gonna play probably the entire year.
There goes my entire season already.

Re: 2019 HMF fantasy football
They're running backs. If they're not working to get paid as much as possible as quickly as possible, they'd be stupid. The Chargers just couldn't care less about Gordon. It's not a big deal to them that he isn't there. Jerry is about to polish off a Johnnie Walker Blue and give Zeke everything.
