No particular order to those. The original RE2 is still awesome to me...but a lot of that is nostalgia. Revisiting it when I got the gamecube port didn't age well.
I don't really have issues with the boss battles with the RE2 remake. In fact the only boss battles I recall not enjoying was VII/Biohazard, just cause those just kept going and going and going.
The others:
Zero
Revelations
RE2 Original
RE Original
VII: Biohazard
Code: Veronica (I remember very little of this one)
5
Never played: 6, Revelations 2 (not sure if there's others off hand)

What about Nemesis?
I knew I felt like something was missing from my Haven't Played list.

I just remembered as Leon, I was using a flamethrower, so I flamed those fuckers up till they stopped flailing. The fire grenades for Claire I guess don't pack the same punch, needs two grenades.

I can't remember being so frustrated by lack of ammo I'm basically just running around now

Glad I don't have the patience to even make it that far. No me gusta!

lol
Who you playing as? I found it much easier to play as Leon since hit ammo was mostly streamlined to one gun (then later the higher capacity Lightning Hawk). Claire is so spread out with different ammo with different guns and all take different ammo.

I'm stalled as Claire right now, before the final boss stuff. Mainly because I'm binge-watching Game of Thrones, but also because I am low on ammo for all weapons. Plenty of health saved up, but dreading the boss battle to come. Hope I nailed all the toys through the game, the little bobby head things, so I can unlock the invincible knife. I've missed that from previous games (especially 4).

I got Sekiro, and it’s interesying but way too hard for me to enjoy. Even 1v1 minions I can’t guarantee going through without dying. Really frustrates me.

Ah, that would be a Tyrant. A.K.A. Mr. X...
Mr. X was the nickname to the tyrant, given by die hard fans of the original Resident Evil 2. I am absolutely a die hard fan, but I've always called him the tyrant.
However, I am now beginning to warm up to the Mr. X nickname, thanks to this video...

He causes so much stress, lol. To me its worse when I have to maneuver in corridors that have Lickers and he's on my ass at the same time. Makes the satisfaction worth it when you get through it though.

How are you supposed to kill him with no ammo!

You don't get to kill him. Well, except for Leon's big boss battle. Before that, just run. Waste of ammo.

I was happy as hell to finally leave the police station but there is lots of nastiness down in these sewers

I always preferred the police station setting in both the original RE2 and the remake.

Si, the police station is my favorite setting in the whole series, really.
