Looks like, due to my own folly, I'm stuck watching a non-horror movie today. I'll have to fit another movie in at some point this month to ensure I reach my final goal, so that sounds like fun.

That's how I feel, but it's for the Fight Evil show this week, so I can't really put it off.

In my defense, IMDb labeled it horror, and maybe it'll start feeling like it at some point in the film, but I'm getting a purely thriller vibe, and it bothers me.

fair. i think if it's a new watch that you were sold as horror, count it? but don't count it again, for rewatch purposes.

die monster die is pretty good, in the same vein as the roger corman poe films. and black sleep is turning out to be a lot of fun as well.

I'll watch it, and if I think it's horror, I'll lobby against everyone who opposes me and add it to my list. If I don't think it's horror, I'll just pretend it never happened, ignore it completely, and come time for the FE show, give it a 0/10

i was considering whether to give that a watch, as well. maybe not, now.

now, on to a nightmare on elm street.

Yeah, I can't in good conscience count Lisa as horror, so there's a wasted hour and a half. I'll make it up at some point, even if I had to skip work to do so.

Not sure what's next, but at least it'll be horror.

Going with a TV movie from 2006, The House Next Door.

Getting into the 2nd act of 1922. Forgot to get around to this in the first place, but I kinda like that it's an old school Poe style horror story, but Nebraska country bumpkin.
