Given now that there's a theory that Laurie was supposed to be the one killing and Michael is just in her head, I'm not sure what to think about H2 now. If that was RZ's intention, I definitely see why people hate the movie.

This is great one of the best movies i have seen from the 40's. Way ahead of it's time. Cinematography is outstanding and even though it's only a supporting role George Sanders portrayal of a cynical aristocrat is my favorite of the Challenge so far.

Creator intent still matters. Since I have no idea if RZ actually intended that, all I can go on is that I still enjoy the movie with Michael going around kill'n bitches..

Probably. People really get bent out of shape about RZ's movies. Especially the sequel. It's almost like a who hates it the most contest in some of these Halloween fan groups.

Didn't watch any movie tonight. General stress and anxiety has been killing my mood.
