Given now that there's a theory that Laurie was supposed to be the one killing and Michael is just in her head, I'm not sure what to think about H2 now. If that was RZ's intention, I definitely see why people hate the movie.Monster wrote:It's impossible to like Laurie in this one. She's too much of a drama queen.
This is great one of the best movies i have seen from the 40's. Way ahead of it's time. Cinematography is outstanding and even though it's only a supporting role George Sanders portrayal of a cynical aristocrat is my favorite of the Challenge so far.Tiggnutz wrote:Wow a very young Angela LansburyTiggnutz wrote:The Picture of Dorian Grey (1945)
Never heard that one. I choose to disregard. I like this movie more everytime I see it and won't let it be ruined by that idea.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:Given now that there's a theory that Laurie was supposed to be the one killing and Michael is just in her head, I'm not sure what to think about H2 now. Creator intent still matters. Since I have no idea if RZ actually intended that, all I can go on is that I still enjoy the movie with Michael going around kill'n bitches..zombie wrote:indeed. make your own conclusions. don't let other people make them for you.Monster wrote:Never heard that one. Thank chrimeny. Perhaps that's just haters bad interpretations.Monster wrote:there's nothing in the commentary about that. I don't think he meant for her to be the killer.
Probably. People really get bent out of shape about RZ's movies. Especially the sequel. It's almost like a who hates it the most contest in some of these Halloween fan groups.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:Thank chrimeny.
