Been in only one big earthquake, but still not a Northridge level, in Washington. 6.8 was what it registered, and I was out on the road during it. Don't feel it in a moving car, but we knew something was up when the street lights were moving up and down.

Oh I just looked up Northridge and it was only 6.7. Huh, Seattle didn't take anywhere near the same damage. I don't think.

If someone commits a sex based offense, and you are going to push them to the edge of society and make them unemployable, even when in the company of no one but adults in a very secure setting, where does it ed up for them? Resorting to crime to live? Killing themselves?

If society deems the crimes so serious that this person can no longer be gainfully employed, should we be jailing them forever?
