Whatever. Just get rid of the kickoff. It will be dismantled piece by piece in the next 5 years until it's gone anyway, just rip the band-aid off now. Moving it up 5 yards already killed the value of the play long ago.

True enough. I would prefer if they stopped continually raping the game altogether though.

It's almost like playing a game where superhuman athletes wearing weapons all over their body collide at top speed, is dangerous
Football gonna football. The NFL is so shameless in its approach though. Like they'll do anything but help the ex-players.

I realize everyone has been dying to know what I think of Denver's offseason. Well it's been a really good one to be honest. Young players to actually get excited about and QB play shouldn't be unwatchable for the fourth year in a row which is nice. Sadly our coach is a retarded ass retard and the stink of that giant cocaine-snorting fuckboy of a 1st round QB is still ever present. But I'll deal with those two clowns later.
Special thanks to Gary Kubiak for helping Elway stay off the booze long enough to not draft like a bum this year. Between drafting TD, getting the most out of the other giant fuckboy Osweiler to give us the #1 seed in 2015 and now saving the franchise from catastrophe with this homerun of a draft, he has always been the unheralded savior of the Broncos franchise.

Don't get rid of kickoffs just leave it alone. It's a dangerous sport leave it at that.

Leaving it alone ain't gonna happen. The inevitable choice is to chop shit off one by one or just be done with it.

The o-line is drastically improving, according to players.

Nice to have a QB who can move around in the pocket. Nothing will make a bigger difference.

Tough to move around in a pocket that collapses before the ball hits the QB in the shotgun.

That would be tough, for teams where this actually is the case.
Siemian was absolutely terrible, the worst QB to start a full season for Denver in my life. You are legitimately his only fan and it's pretty weird. Get over it already.

Lots of people loved Trev. He pulled off some miraculous shit behind that god awful line. Would love to see him get an opportunity to start a couple of games for Minnesota this year, who are absolutely loving what they're seeing from him.

"Lots of people". No, just you. Nothing particularly miraculous about being a terrible QB who turns the ball over at a high rate and kills his line by drifting into pass rushing lanes.
Your love for him is so weird. It's not grounded in reality. Now stop pining for him every time you talk about the team and let's spend time discussing relevant players instead.

Nope. Lots of people. You can find Denver fan comments all over social media who loved Trev.
Your hate for him is what's weird here. The issue is clearly the offensive line but you try to steer the focus away and put it on Trev for some reason.

All delusional or trolls.
I don't hate him, and no, it isn't "weird" to state a consensus opinion. He just sucked. In every quantifiable way, he was either the worst or one of the 2-3 worst starting QBs in the NFL. The offensive line was below average but not significantly worse than 2/3 of the lines in the league, and a lot of pass protection issues were his fault. Half the sacks he took were caused by his horrible tendency to drift into pressure. He is an offensive tackle's worst nightmare. Case dealt with worse pass protection and managed to not take a million sacks.

Anyway, I'm done engaging your delusions about a horrible football player. It's probably the most off base sports opinion you have, and that says a lot...

Throughout his tenure in Denver as a starter, he was a B+ or A- level quarterback. I don't care what a stat sheet says, the Denver's pass protection last year and the year before might have been the absolute worst I've ever seen. Too often was Trevor forced out of the pocket before he could even plant his feet and make a throw. When the o-line managed to give him time, he still made spectacular plays, and even made spectacular plays when they screwed him over in protection. He racked up a 15 minute highlight reel in one season despite the shit play from the o-line.
