William Butler is a special horror MVP. Killed by Leatherface, Jason, Freddy, Ghoulies, and blew himself up in the Night Of The Living Dead remake.

Watched four new Sy-Fy original movies today, being Truth or Dare, The Sandman, Neverknock, and House of the Witch, all from 2017. Also watched low budget Dark Shade Creek (2012).

Truth or Dare had an okay story, more or less, but the characters were unbearably idiotic time and time again. The Sandman, despite Tobin Bell's presence, was just a subpar Firestarter rip-off of sorts.

Neverknock was the best of the lot, with an interesting story, sequences that didn't seem too far apart from It Follows, and Jodelle Ferland as a main character, who was also in 2015's The Unspoken. She may be a new actress crush. :P

Lastly, House of the Witch was overall okay, but it likely won't stick out past tomorrow. At the very least, it wasn't as bad as either Truth or Dare or The Sandman.

First time watching the Suspiria Blu-ray I bought earlier this year. It looks even more incredible than I thought it would.

Does not hold up, as far as story goes. First half was good, but the second half was nothing but montages of cops going "blah blah blah, blah!"
