Halloween (1978) for me. If asked what my favorite horror movie is, it's my immediate go-to. While a handful of movies get 10/10's from me, Halloween is among the most rewatchable, in my opinion.

I'm not crazy about either Blob but the 50s one is SOOOOOOOO 50s I appreciate it for the time capsule it is.

So, I gave The Blob remake an 8/10, which is an above-average rating, but the original is still a movie I liked more. I say this to dispel the idea that I hate The Blob remake, which is something I've likely said in the past.
