I truly consider Wrong Turn a modern-day classic. Shame the countless sequels went on to damage the original movie (same with Saw, alas).
Pretty much agree. Although I did dig part 4, slashers in the snow are usually fun and it filled the void over not getting a rumored F13 in the snow at the time.
Still annoys me they still haven't made a snowy F13 flick. I've been wanting one for decades now.

Finally cracked open my Blu Ray for 28 Days later.

I knew this was one of the earlier low budget digital cinematography jobs, but it aged like shit for blu ray.

Ending was somewhat disappointing, but it did have solid style. Could definitely tell Argento directed it.

After, that is, I make myself something to eat.

Scrambled eggs and hashbrowns sound damn delightful, even if it is 2:30 pm here. :P

Gonna watch the Jamie Lloyd trilogy. Watching this "final cut" doc on my Halloween 4 dvd. Not sure I ever watched it. Damn they think highly of what they did in this movie, lol.

Starry Eyes. Want to rewatch this before Netflix gets rid of it.

I think this little doc is a "newer" version of the one that was on the vhs I used to have.

Controversial opinion ahead:

Halloween 4 is one of my favorite Halloween movies, save the original.

I don't know for sure but it has been on there awhile and I loved the movie.

Not that controversial, it's strangely popular. I personally don't get it.

I like Danielle and Donald in it, but that's about it.

Actually I'd say Sasha Jensen is pretty good, but his demise is lame.

Now have Halloween 5 going. I legitimately think this one's shot better, the stalking is better, but if it didn't have Loomis go whack-a-doo with child bait and the mask being so jarringly different from 4 (4's mask is terrible too, but for different reasons, god the masks in these 2 suck so much ass) I would easily find it better than 4.

The French style humor is odd too with the cops. Never had an issue with the brunette like most though, except the "bumpada BUMPADA!" poorly written crap scene. I don't think any actress would've came off a winner doing that scene.
