NFL 2018: From the Draft to the Super Bowl

All sports. We don't even mind if its women's Curling or junior badminton. Although we won't have strong opinions on the latter.

It should be noted that knowing every player doesn't make a person interesting to listen to. Good luck marketing your encyclopedic sports knowledge in any meaningful way, pretty sure Stump the Schwab has been off the air for quite some time.
I'm actually debating creating a youtube channel where I spout off random shit for 9 minutes. One vid could be about in-depth character development in F 13. Another could be why Coke is so delicious.
Do it. You will come to appreciate how challenging it is to sell yourself to a wide audience. See if there's something there.
The difference is the exposure. I am responsible for every piece of what you see. I don't have a platform like ESPN. Screamin has his core followers, but imagine if he quit ESPN to and just posted twitter or youtube videos.

Drastic decrease in popularity.
He built that brand over time because of his talent. He is not a famous athlete, he was a nobody at some point who impressed his way to getting paid seven figures a year. Talent does not go unrecognized. You have to be able to sell yourself too, but that goes hand-in-hand with the skills we're talking about.
But you have the exact opposite opinion of Skip. lol. Could easily be argued that Skip is more knowledgeable and entertaining! After all, the two of them argued with each other like dinguses for years so they're at least on the same level. Skip makes more money (I believe) and has seen no drop in success with Shannon on the opposite end of the table instead...
I don't have the "exact opposite opinion" of Skip and there's no argument for Skip being more entertaining. None.

Skip's brand is having the most contrarian takes possible and focusing on a few athletes (LeBron, Aaron Rodgers etc.) to tear down. Not the same as Stephen A.

And yeah, Skip has seen a drop in success. First Take has 3-4x more viewers on a given day. And Skip's replacement on ESPN is nowhere near as well known as Shannon Sharpe.

Pages of Stephen A. Worship  career started deep throating big name NBA players getting what I guess he thought was insider information during the foreplay than ESPN who by than had moved more toward gimmick tv than sporting news puts him on First Take with Skip another sports shtick guy. " Skip you will play the no it all douchy white guy spewing absurd shit and Stephen you will play the cool in the know black guy who yells at him for it" ESPN's version of The Real World and just like MTV it was 0% authentic. Now he's one of the last flies buzzing around the ass of the dead carcass once known as ESPN. I don't like Stephen A. Smith :|

Your hatred for him is so obnoxious and over the top. Guy's a TV personality.

And LOL at dead carcass. Don't watch any ESPN programming from now on and tell me with a straight face you're cool with it. Goodbye, Rams/Chiefs!

I watch football games and sometimes baseball games and thats it all the things I loved about it are gone. My hatred for Stephen A. Is obnoxious but it's legit honest, I cannot stand him.

They show sports, highlights and have talk shows. What do you miss? The game shows? NHL? Playmakers?

Chael Sonnen is about a million times more entertaining than Screamin' A, and you don't even need to know shit about MMA.

I wanna say I feel the same way. I don't know much about Stephen A though. Only that he shits on Mike Brown all the time ....but from what I've heard him say about him and Marvin Lewis, he's been spot on. But I don't like the Jim Rome's of the world either.

If we're talking straight up insight, I'll take Ryen Russillo over anyone. I enjoy LeBatard and Bomani a lot when I want to laugh or think about sports in a broader context. Bomani is the smartest guy I've ever heard talk sports. Cowherd is the most talented radio guy even if he can be grating.

LeBatard cracks me up. I know I've heard Bomani, but need to listen to him again to give an opinion. Mike and Mike got all the good stuff before anyone, I liked Golic but the other Mike seemed like a big pussy to me. A stat nerd who never played imo. Could be totally wrong though.
