NBA Playoffs

All sports. We don't even mind if its women's Curling or junior badminton. Although we won't have strong opinions on the latter.

Is what it is. LeBron gotta make the next chess move now.

Don't you think the Cavs kind of fooled themselves into thinking they'd be good enough to repeat with the same team? It was amazing that they came back and won last year but it also allowed them to remain idle in the arms race. They just set themselves back a year.
Yeah, would agree they set themselves back a year. I mean the Cavs barely eeked it out against Warios last year when injuries and shiz were plaguing them, then they add a top 5 player in the game and you do nothing?

The real question is how many millions the Warriors' owner will be willing to spend into the luxury tax to keep the team together because they could theoretically keep everyone as long as they want. But apparently the Cavs owner lost millions last year even after winning the championship because of luxury tax penalties so it's no small thing.

Cavs need to unload softass Kevin Love. He is terrible against the Warriors.

Would be great and we've already seen how profitable it is for the Lakers to have their two stars hate each other. Win championships while the locker room is totally divided. Let's do it!

Definitely, especially after they got some rings (both player and owner perspective).

To me, Klay is the one who should definitely go. He's a borderline role player now. They could easily win without him and he can be the man on half the league's teams.

True! But I think KD and Wes would make up. Once they see the slummin' they were doing and the real livin' they'd be now, well livin', it'd be allll gravy.

I think KD is just one of those oblivious motherfuckers who goes around doing things and doesn't understand why people react to his actions. So yeah, I think he would be open to playing with him again if he doesn't stay in Golden State. Westbrook will probably never get over that shit, too much ego there.

Would be so fucking epic though.

To add to that luxury tax discussion, if OKC's owner had been willing to take those penalty hits, they could have kept Durant, Harden, Westbrook and Ibaka for 5-10 years. OKC/Miami could have been what GS/Cleveland is now.

There's just such a fundamental disadvantage to not building super teams now. Drafting in basketball is a total crapshoot and it takes years for teams to find one star to build around and owners pay a heavy price to keep teams together. OKC had the best stretch of drafting in NBA history and it means nothing right now.

Jordan's Bulls vs. Durant's Warios. Who is the ultimate super team?

"Report: Chris Paul to talk to Spurs, Rockets and Nuggets in free agency"

So he's really only talking to two of them.

Why don't you fuckin'...

Look. Money talks. And the Nugz are willing to pay. But if we could acquire LeBron's arm band in a three team trade, it could be enticing enough to bring in Chris Paul.

Clippers can offer CP3 5/205, everyone else can offer 4/152. No state income tax in Texas either.

76ers might trade up to #1 and get Markelle Fultz who is very likely be a 20-25 point guy in the NBA from what I've seen.

76ers can be really scary in a few years if Simmons and Embiid stay healthy. Could have a legit Big Three.

You have too many weird opinions of players to try to be subtle there. Could be Lowry for all we know. :P
