Might make a top 100, maybe.
I'm gonna go ahead and assume that second zero is a typo.
Not really, other than I was being a smart ass and it would easily make a top 100, but not top 10. I remember revisiting it a number of years back and it's had this great clout, and in the revisit you realize it was only a 14 minute match, and while it had it's moments and charm, nothing was really epic about it. It's good for the stigma of the IC title and all, but then you got HBK and Razor tearing the roof off in unprecedented ladder matches and shiz. I would easily point to 10 other matches that I dig on multitude of reasons more than that. But again, I was never a Steamboat guy.
WM3 was my introduction to pro wrestling and this particular match was the standout. Admittedly, that's part of why I hold it up so high. I watched it a few years back and still found it worthy.
I can get that. But the standout will always be Hogan slamming Giant.
That was pretty epic.

Phone camera is trash. Remember that steak-off some of us had on HMF back in the day and mine wouldn't capture the pink in the steak I cooked? Looked medium well when it was rare/medium rare...

Sirloin was on sale for 4.99 a pound last week. Bought a 24 oz steak and devoured it.

The method I developed for cooking a sirloin a million times...

High heat, oil in
Once the pan starts to smoke, turn to a medium/medium high heat (65-70% of stove's fire capacity)
Sit for 3-7 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cut
flip
About 90 seconds before finish, cut off a few butter squares, add to the pan and let it melt.
Put steak on the plate
Fuck A1 sauce, pour the remaining juices from the steak/butter/oil on top of the steak for GOAT flavor
Let sit for two minutes
Rape steak

I am a big fan of the reverse sear. Cook in either low over or water bath to 128, then sear in a hot pan or grill.

To be fair, I can only cook steak on the grill. I haven't figured out how to make a good steak in a pan. I have used the juices and melted butter while on the grill ....and damn, it's so tender and yummy.

Usually better to oil the steak and put it in the hot dry pan.

Never done it that way. The only issue I ever encounter in my method is sometimes the edges are a little crispy from the steak fat burning.

I like grilled steak, but I get it incredibly tender in a pan and I just prefer it that way. Try my method one of these days.

I might try that next time. I find that if I don't use enough oil in the pan, the steak's sear will burn easy.

OH! And the most important thing I left out... ROOM TEMPERATURE.

Cooking a steak right out of the fridge is a big no-no. Normally I would let it sit, but it really takes quite a long take for the steak to get to room temperature, so I will get a ziplock bag, put the steak in and run hot water over the ziplock bag for a minute or two. Gets the steak nice and loose to hold in all that flavor.

It's still warm enough to grill out. But will do your method when I need a stove.
