Got anything lined up for this challenge?
i'm hoping to see midsommar and crawl. i'm not actually sure what else is good. i still should give possession a go.
I liked it pretty good. Seems like something you'd enjoy. Do you have access to it?
not without buying it, i don't think. that's my main hesitation.
I bought the DVD a couple years ago or so and the ending skips a little bit. Was so bummed. lol. The ending was on youtube at the time, though. So I was able to see it, anyway.
the foreign edition, right? was it used? better not have been at the price i saw for it.
Nah, not foreign. I don't have a region free player. This is what my DVD version looks like, but I've since bought the upgraded blu-ray. There's so many editions to that movie. Weird, because it's gotta be considered less than popular?
hmm okay. that's not the one i was thinking. i didn't know it was available domestically.

Should be fun considering they just set up for us to have an actual time clock and it's been in effect for two days and I've had to manually sign everyone else in. *shrug*
Now we just need you to convince my company to give me a $10 raise and weekends off.
Congrats on the extra pay.

If I were your employer and you asked me for that and could lay out a case for improvements you've made to the company and/or efficiency you've brought to the company that wasn't in place before you arrived, I'd probably give you at least a portion of that based on the savings your changes would accrue in other areas (creating a safer work environment without sacrificing time for example).
In my case I took on duties way outside of my job description and streamlined those duties to a fairly significant degree. I had the gall to actually ask to be compensated for this shit. They said they would have to give me what I asked for in pieces and I was okay with that. I got half of it, now they have until January to get me the other half. I'm kind of sick of being a doormat, lol. Seeing all of the stuff I do lined up in front of me and how much of it isn't a part of my actual job description was a bit eye opening.
